Previously, people would arrange their homesteads based on feeling, gardens, or orchards. The projected prehistoric area is similar, but only the remaining long-standing, valuable trees reminiscence the past stage. In the design process, they were given meaning and became the main axis of the concept.

The composition of the building consists of two main volumes: a traditional two-story volume, echoing the form of the building that stood in that place, where private living spaces are designed, and a volume of modern expression – an allusion to the life of a new ambitious family – a new generation, where shared family spaces are planned here. Both volumes are connected by a spacious hall, in the center of which intersect the main visual axes – views of the long-standing trees and the former history.
